Meet Kacey

Kacey Mottek is a best-selling Fantasy Romance author drawn to intricate worlds, dangerous magic, complicated loyalties, and love that refuses to be ordinary. She specializes in writing slow burn romance with headstrong heroines who fall for broody, complex love interests.

When not immersed in fantastical worlds, she can be found spending time with her family in the Sierras. She has been happily married for twelve years to her own broody love interest, and is often chasing around her 4 year old boy.

She has one cat, two dogs (all rescues), and enjoys anything involving the outdoors where she finds the most inspiration for her books from trees turning into creatures to imagining what lives in the depths of the ocean.
